Beth and I have started working on the Thursday night game.  Fiona is up for anything so we weren't worried about her but we weren't sure about Cookie A.  After meeting her at TNNA our minds are racing.  Look out!!  We are debating between a few ideas but 'Knitting Beat the Clock' (which has nothing to do with being a fast knitter) looks to be the favourite.

Blue Sky Alpacas introduced a new division at TNNA called Spud and Chloe.  The yarns and patterns are being shipped early next week.
 
There are three different yarns coming.
fine
Fine
Made of superwash 80% wool/20% silk, this sock-weight yarn is ideal for Fair Isle and detailed work-and of course, some pretty fancy footwork.
Weight: 65 grams
Approx: 227 m
Needle Size: 2.25-3.25 mm
Tension: 7-8 sts per inch
sweater
Sweater
Made of superwash 55% wool/45% organic cotton, it's a worsted-weight yarn for everybody.
Weight: 100 grams
Approx: 146 m
Needle Size: 4.5-5.5 mm
Tension: 4-5 sts per inch
outer
Outer
Made of superwash 65% wool/35% organic cotton, this super bulky weight is just the thing for a quick knit (try it on an 8mm!).
Weight: 100 grams
Approx: 55 m
Needle Size: 8-10 mm
Tension: 2-3 sts per inch
