Get ready for the cold
Before you know it the cold weather will be here.  We are already being asked for hat patterns.  Here are some suggestions.

Sublime produced book 625-The most Sublime accessories book.  There are hats and scarves for the family knit in double knitting weight yarn-we have lots in the store!!

Vests
vest We are seeing lots of vest patterns this fall.  This is great for knitters like me who get bored part way through a project.  No sleeves which means less knitting and less finishing.

Here are a couple of easy to knit vests in self striping yarns.

From the new book Mini Knits Two by Jenny Watson is this easy to knit, great to wear vest knit in Noro Kureyon.  Make the knitting even easier and leave out the buttonhole-use a great shawl pin as a closure.
