Shipping, Returns, & Pricing
We ship orders daily. We strive to reply to your order the same day it is received (or the following day depending on when it was received). We will let you know if all items are in stock, and if not, provide alternatives and an estimate on when we expect to receive those items.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. In stock items are shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Generally you can expect to receive your parcel within 7-14 days of it being shipped out. You will be notified by email when your parcel goes in the mail. Please note that all shipping charges include shipping insurance. Additional shipping costs may apply for orders being shipped outside of North America.
For orders within Ontario and Quebec, you will have the choice for Express or Expedited Post. All other shipping will be done by Expedited Post.
Expedited Shipping is FREE for Canadian orders over $200.
We are not taking any returns on items purchased during the closure for COVID-19.
Once we reopen again our return policy is
Books, patterns and knitting needles are non-returnable. Yarn returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the initial purchase date. No cash refunds will be given. Store credit or exchange only. All returns are subject to approval by The Needle Emporium. When returning items, the customer is solely responsible for all, if any, shipping costs.
All product pricing is presented in Canadian funds. Customers located in the United States will be billed in Canadian dollars. When you receive your credit card statement the transaction will be converted into U.S. currency.
