Shipping, Returns, & Pricing
We ship orders daily. We strive to reply to your order the same day it is received (or the following day depending on when it was received). We will let you know if all items are in stock, and if not, provide alternatives and an estimate on when we expect to receive those items.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. In stock items are shipped within 3 business days upon receipt of payment. Generally you can expect to receive your parcel within 7-14 days of it being shipped out. You will be notified by email when your parcel goes in the mail. Please note that all shipping charges include shipping insurance.
For orders within Ontario and Quebec, you will have the choice for Express or Expedited Post. All other shipping will be done by Expedited Post.
Expedited Shipping is FREE for Canadian orders over $200.
Curbside Pickup? Please have a good look at your order when you come by for pick up. While you remain at the curbside, we will offer to exchange anything that is still in your sealed package if it's not what you wanted, needed or expected. Once you take it home, it's yours!
Mail Order - Final Sale (No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges)
We make a commitment to all of our customers that the products you are purchasing haven't been previously purchased. This means that they haven't spent a night, or even a portion of a day in someone else's home, car, bag, etc. We're really strict about that policy, especially when it comes to yarn and fibre.
All product pricing is presented in Canadian funds. Customers located in the United States will be billed in Canadian dollars. When you receive your credit card statement the transaction will be converted into U.S. currency.
